Anyone sailing with us is required by law to complete and return a medical form with emergency contact details.

Click the appropriate form and your computer will ask if you wish to download a Word document. Accept and when it is downloaded you can either print it out, fill it in and send it in the post or you can fill in the details and email it to us at sales@happydolphinsailing.org 

To guarantee the dates, courses and spaces you require please send a cheque for the full amount one month before or as soon as possible if booking at last minute. All cheques made payable to D. Erridge or Happy Dolphin Sailing.

Terms of booking

All courses must be paid in full a month in advance before the course start unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations after the month will carry 25% penalty. If cancelled a week before 50% penalty. Any bookings cancelled before 30 days will carry 5% handling charge.
